Returning to the Virtual Geoboard, Ontario Educational Resource Bank

As we prepare to look at the concept of the surface area, I wanted to return to a useful online tool:

This application is more suited for the Grade 7s, since the Grade 8s are looking at the area of a circle.

Last week, at a staff meeting, a website was brought to my attention.  It is the Ontario Educational Resource Bank (https://resources.elearningontario.ca/)

If you are interested in the login information, please contact me on my TDSB email or write a note in the agenda of your son or daughter.  I plan to take a closer look at the content -- which is immense -- and see how I can fit it into the work we are doing and looking forward to as we approach the second term.
