We began the day by taking up a Problem of the Day question from last week .  I initially solved the question incorrectly and had to have a couple of students point out my error; good for them!

The game, which is a good review for mixtures and solutions and should help them with homework.

An example of a mixture is the classic Bits and Bites snack. 

Each item can be separated and, therefore, is an example of a mixture.

The students are working on completing an Adobe Photoshop collage in Library class where they have to manipulate pictures, taken by Ms. Wills, our Teacher Librarian, of their face.  In the afternoon, the group of students had an open book, multiple choice  History test.
